Visual assignment, to convey the essence of a text through the visual.
Based on Ellison's short story of the same name, it's a modern take which maintains the emotions and atmosphere of the original; an imposing, powerful AI, fear and raw human emotion, and the expanding digital realm.
Script, filming (bar a few moving scenes), editing, animation + colour-grading done solo.
Well received, described as very strong conceptually and in execution. Editing and acting skills praised.
